[Streaming Well] [meat] It's full of protein, and again, more minerals and B vitamins, but we do need to be a little bit careful about the quality that we're having and the quantity that we're having. For that reason, I do encourage people to have a couple of days a week meat-free just to make sure we're not having too many saturated fats in our diet, and of course meat does contain some hormones as well.
