By week 7 you may have gained a little weight or lost a little weight.

Most women have quite a lot of morning sickness at this stage,
and that of course is the pregnancy hormones doing their work.
It will really help a lot to have small, frequent meals during the day,
possibly a little bit of ginger. They say that helps.
But don't eat too much fatty food or too many spicy foods.
